  • Height adjustment from 3'' to 15-5/16''.
  • Unique 3'' low profile allows the roller support to be clamped on a workbench or saw horse for use with chop saws and planers.
  • Easily attaches to any sawhorse built with either horizontal or vertical 2xs (2x4, 2x6, etc.) or on workbenches up to 2-1/2'' thick.
  • Features 1-1/2'' x 17'' steel ball bearing roller with spring-loaded axle and side-to-side adjustability for workbench applications.

  • Worth every cent These are a 'must have' if you are doing anything that requires rolling support of stock or rigid when necessary I clamp the roller use wood blocks for this so you don't damage the roller. I use these with both wood stock and steel and anything in between that needs support in odd places or lengths. They live up to the name I've yet to find a Rockler product I didn't like.
roller support The Rockler Roller Support with Universal Clamp is great but i have only one complaint that the photo in the discription and the picture on the box when ordering shows two rollers but you get only one you think your getting a great deal on two but your only getting one.
Only ONE high quality roller per box. The photo is confusing because it shows two rollers on a work bench. In fact my photo shows two on the miter box stand I made using a Jawhorse
definite quality this is not a weak light weight product. clamps to my work table and it is like having another pair of hands while ripping.
Level best I use this roller with my compound miter saw. It mounts and adjusts easily. No more beveled cuts. I love it.

The Green Mouse Robert Chambers One of Chambers' Worst

    The Green Mouse
    The Green Mouse Read more...

One of Chambers' Worst In The Green Mouse 1910 Robert Chambers treats his readers to a familiar format a series of goofily optimistic romantic tales all loosely linked together by some sort of haphazard narrative device. In this case the stories begin with the tale of William Destyn and Ethelinda eeek Carr. Destyn has been crushed by a recent financial upheaval Mr. Chambers' favorite tactic for upending sedentary noble types.Despite four years at Harvard and a postgraduate degree in Engineering Destyn had not the vaguest idea of how to make money. However he does have some skill as a stage magician a handy knack that he developed in order to impress people at parties. Wisely he realizes that card tricks are more useful than a Harvard degree and sets out to make a living as an entertainer.Destyn practices in the park where he has easy access to the small woodland creatures that are integral to his act. It is here that he meets the lurvely Sacharissa Carr a struggling artist whose studio is based in his building. Their acquaintance is deepened when one of Destyn's prize performers a greendyed mouse scampers into Carr's studio. It seems that there has been a bit of mistaken identity involved. Ethelinda isn't a struggling artist she's proper old money that's slumming it with a middleclass studio. And Carr who she assumed is an acceptable society twit well still is a twit but one that's on the verge of taking a profession. Ethelinda marries William in the nick of time had they fallen in wuv 24 hours later he would have already been committed to doing something useful with his life.Once married it turns out that William did learn something in graduate school after all. He learned of psychical waves. Mr. Destyn helpfully expounds upon his theoryThese new and hitherto unsuspected currents are not electrical but psychical. Yet like wireless currents their flow eternally encircles the earth. These currents I believe have their origin in that great unknown force which for lack of a better name we call fate or predestination. And I am convinced that by intercepting one of these currents it is possible to connect the subconscious personalities of two people of opposite sex who although ultimately destined for one another since the beginning of things have through successive incarnations hitherto missed the final consummation marriage!which was the purpose of their creation.Ladies and gentleman we have ourselves a linking device.

Happened Hoboken Eugene C Flinn Our professors is the wife of Eugene and made us buy it

It Happened in Hoboken: Comic Tales from the Waterfront City
It Happened in Hoboken: Comic Tales from the Waterfront City Read more...

Hoboken Hiliarity Eugene Flinn has the gift of spotting the unique in the apparently oridinary and transforming it into entertaining short stories in a straightforward style that is reminiscent of some of the great short story writers of the nineteenth century and which makes the plot twists and endings all the more effective. In this volume all the stories are set in Hoben NJ that quintessential example of the American melting pot whose characters' Italian Irish Jewish Polish working class and Yuppie voices are caught by Flinn's sensitive ear.
Gene Flinn is a comic genius I simply loved reading the 22 stories in this collection by Eugene Flinn. Where has this author been hiding? He is a comic genius in the style of William Kennedy O'Toole.Like O'Toole's Pultizerprize winning novel The Confederacy of Dunces Flinn's It Happened in Hoboken is loaded with richly drawn characters colorful hilarious dialogue and plots that surprise and delight with every twist and turn. It Happened in Hoboken is a map of the lively waterfront city the way James Joyce's The Dubliners is a map of old Dublin.Flinn is an author to be watched. His style is up there with the very best of Irish storytellers.
Flynn's Unforgettable Hoboken With a history recorded in newsreels and nonfiction the oncefamous face of Hoboken is fading into obscurity buried beneath the new construction of Progress. Who remembers the waterfront? The old bars on narrow streets? The people who once lived in this thriving port city? Eugene Flynn remembers and has immortalized it all in a collection of very funny tales. This would be a wonderful read for lovers of the city and short stories alike. These unforgettable journeys into the hilarious and unexpected are fastpaced balanced and masterfully composed. It's hard not to smile while reading these engaging tales. It's hard not to laugh out loud. Flynn dances between irony satire sardonic humor and goodnatured fun with ease and every character is memorable. With every line of dialogue or engaging imagery the reader can feel the city come to life around them. The shadowy bars the great food the rowdy workers mixing with the college kids and the salty smell of the sea.
Our professors is the wife of Eugene and made us buy it I was first turned off with he fact that we had to buy the book to line the pockets of our professors husband Eugene. She then made us come up with ways to market the book and graded us on our creativity. This was a class that was totally unrelated to marketing. If I remember correctly it was about 10 years ago it was a class about the history of film. That left a bad taste in my mouth so I guess you can say I disliked the book even before I read it.About the book For one of our assignments we had to read a few stories and write reports about them. One of the stories that I remember was in the children stories section. To make a long story short it was about a little girl that hid under a table every time a man came around because she was getting molested by that man. That story is totally inappropriate for children. There were quite a few odd stories in the book. None of which I or the entire class of 30+ people were interested in.I passed the class but I fail this book.
A first rate collection of humerous beautifully written stories. This collection of short stories brings the crazy but true to life characters of prehipster Hoboken to life with perceptive humor and a deep abiding affection for the city. Dr. Flinn writes with the finesse of a great poet and the magic of a master storyteller. A true page turner I recommend this book has one of the best I've read in years.

Killer Stuff Tons Money Flea Market Ever wonder how antique dealers find the good stuff?

Killer Stuff and Tons of Money: Seeking History and Hidden Gems in Flea-Market America
Killer Stuff and Tons of Money: Seeking History and Hidden Gems in Flea-Market America Read more...

Very ashamed terrible I was very ashamed of this book. I was reading it and ran into cuss words on page 13!! I do not recommend it. Your toilet seat is cleaner than this book.
This Is Not Easy Thanks to television networks such as The History Channel and A&E hundreds of thousands of people now dream about getting rich off something they stumble on at a neighborhood garage sale. A few of them even have high hopes that someday their fleamarket habit will produce a steady enough profit to free them from the ninetofive rat race they dread so much. Maureen Stanton's Killer Stuff and Tons of Money subtitled Seeking History and Hidden Gems in FleaMarket America is here to tell you that it is not nearly as easy as American Pickers and Pawn Stars make it appear to be.Over the years Stanton's longtime friend Curt Avery occasionally has taken her along when he goes to work in the morning. What makes that a rewarding experience for both of them is that Avery's workplace is the multitude of fleamarkets estate sales antique shows and auction houses to be found on the East Coast. He tries to pass on some of the knowledge with which his years of experience have rewarded him and Stanton provides a little bit of free labor toward unpacking packing and settingup his sales area. Killer Stuff and Tons of Money is very much Avery's life story.
Ever wonder how antique dealers find the good stuff? For the past 11 years I've been a parttime dealer of vintage goods and antiques. My love of vintage & antique stuff started early as I visited garage sales and antiques shops especially with my Mom & Nana. I'm a lifelong collector always on the lookout for wonderful old things both for my home and to resell. And I'm always interested in learning more about antiques and about the business. So I was delighted to come across Killer Stuff and Tons of Money.
Fun Entertaining Informative As someone within the business I loved this book. For those looking for a how to book for making it in the antiques world this isn't the book for you! And frankly there is no such book. As this book shows it takes years of acquired knowledge and experience to identify and be able to sell antiques especially highpriced items. The entire point of the book is to show you that the life of an antique dealer is not easy. It shows the greuling work involved in the set up and take down of the booths. You follow Curt on long drives and lessthanideal conditions including sleeping on the ground and dealing with rainouts.I was sad to see Curt Avery go as the book ended.
Excellent fun and informative read I found this to be an excellent realworld informative book about the lives of antique dealers shows wins and losses. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Not what anyone is expecting This book reads more like a mystery novel or tale of a treasure hunt which in a way it is just that.It is certainly not your basic 'how to identify the hidden value of whatever widget you're interested in' as in so many of the current crop of the same old Guides to Antiques. This one is different and far more entertaining. Stanton drags the reader along on her own voyage of discovery as to why the dealers pickers & collectors do what they do.There are hints & tips of course like recipes scattered among the pages of a Nora Ephron novel along with sly peeks at the goingson at Brimfield and 'Antiques Roadshow'. Stanton also dips her toes into the slick underworld of repros and fakes and shows how easily even the experienced can be 'taken.'Anyone who collects or deals in antiques or who knows someone that does would do well to buy this. Prepare to be pleasantly surprised.
A First Hand Look Inside the Business of Antiques For the first 50 pages or so it kinda lumbers at one point the Master Antiquer 'Avery' encounters a red chair and thinks it may be significant but he cannot tell. Which leads me to ask 'What is the point?' But it picks up. We learn about his training his mistakes his family that his house is virtually taken over with antiquity from buying odd lots for one special piece. He talks about 'Fresh' pieces yet it sounds like his house is full of that. He has a yard sale burns some and gives some away.He sells some pieces in group shops. Some things he makes signicant money on but it is a daily grind. A dealer has to keep buying to sell. He attends auctions and visits antique shops. He sells at large shows and prebuys at them. The author tries to learn along the way by helping. She visits a comic book show and discusses that vintage of the 1930's up through the 1970's and 1980's. Baseball cards are mentioned in passing. What Avery deals with can be 200 years old. She discusses fakes and reproductions. It is an engaging read like
Strengths and Weaknesses While this book has its strengths and weaknesses I tend to judge a book on its strengths more than its weaknesses most classics are deeply flawed but those flaws are overwhelmed by the strengths. What I like most about this book is the author trying to amplify the activity documented into something greater. She takes one mans activities and uses them to explore human nature how we relate to the past and how we relate to things. It's a bit disjointed but so few books like this even grasp at greater themes that you have to give one credit when it does. I also give her credit for her honesty at the end of following a dealer around off and on for at least four years she admits she has picked up very little of his expertise and that might be to our benefit instead of getting caught up in the minutia of individual deals she uses them to illustrate and relate to her larger themes. That said it may seem repetitive to some but in reality it's probably just a small sampling of the thousands of deals she witnessed.Being somewhat in the business used and rare books and I do occasionally display at flea markets I probably find the book more fascinating than many will. And I did get some new thoughts about the business the nature of collectors and how they relate to collectibles. I just finished the book and I know I'll have additional fun going through the extensive bibliography.Overall I'd recommend this book to anyone interested in the themes I've mentioned.
One's man's trash is anothers treasure This is an excellent read on finding and marketing antiques. This is well written and has useful information on how professionals go about there trade. There are many tricks of the trade that can helpfull to the amateur .If you have an interest in collecting antiques for fun or profit I would recommend this book.

Master Lighting Guide Commercial Photographers Useful book for new photographers

Master Lighting Guide for Commercial Photographers
Master Lighting Guide for Commercial Photographers Read more...

A basic guide nothing unique or interesting This guide is great for the beginner but as someone who has been in the photography world for years I was hoping for something that would push my creative lighting skills. This book definitely did not do that. I also found it to be incredibly boring. While the model shots could be nice for the right person the hundreds of shots of volleyballs were just horrible. Unless you are a true beginner skip this book.
Useful book for new photographers I had the opportunity to browse this book extensively and as a professional photographer I found few new things to learn. For example the author puts an effort to educate the reader about tools that are rarely discussed in lighting books such as panels. There is a whole section that is dedicated to illustrating the different effects one can produce from changing the position of the light behind the panel without moving the panel from its original position.Another section discusses dramatic lighting techniques to light food and products. In a later section the author discusses his way of lighting interiors. While I don't use his interior lighting method it is interesting to learn for when I need something different at some point in time. The portrait lighting section was pretty weak compared to other available books on lighting but that is the point. This book offers allot of useful information in areas that other books don't cover and that is why it is unique and useful. Defiantly recommended for new photographers interested in divers lighting techniques that go beyond portraiture lighting.
Very useful This book is well done with lots of photos to accentuate the descriptive language. I recommend this book.
Perfect for the collegelevel collection strong in photography studies. What skills produce top images and big sales? Lighting has a lot to do with a photo's success or failure and the basics of commercial lighting are here revealed in a guide covering how to use and capture light. From selecting commercial equipment to creating setups and shooting using panels grids umbrellas and more to soften or accent lighting Master Lighting Guide for Commercial Photographers is filled with both photo howtos and business tips for neoprofessionals. Perfect for the collegelevel collection strong in photography studies.
Incredible insight What a book. This book takes you from step one all the way to the final stages of photographic lighting. This is what my teachers weren't teaching me. This is a real world application of commercial photography for any photographer at any level. It has helped me comprehend how the simple basics of lighting grow into complex shots that are based upon simple yet exact theories. Wonderfully illustrated and executed.
The ultimate light source guide Both natural and artificial light are analyzed and essential elements for successful commercial photography are revealed. This book starts off with a vast array of equipment for producing light. Each lighting apparatus is thoroughly explained as well as how each device applies light. Many examples of setup diagrams detail how different types of lighting angles affect an image and ample photographs illustrate each change. The best lighting techniques for various situations help perfect the illumination demands that commercial photography requires. A creative approach on common subjects is also covered. This book is the total package that will provide an edge in this photographic discipline.

Masters Shadowlands Cherise Sinclair Not an actual representation of the Leather Lifestyle.

    Masters of the Shadowlands
Masters of the Shadowlands Read more...

Amazingly written left me wanting more. Being the first BDSM book I've read it captivated me from the start. Jessica's story was well written found myself finishing it in one setting. Keri whom one could certainly relate to keeps one striving to find that fantasy come to reality. I could imagine myself in her place with Master Dan. Intertwining both stories with familiar characters is really what made this an awesome read. Am looking forward to her next books to which I ordered today.
I already filled out my membership application! I could not have been more excited when I finished this story. Cherise Sinclair does a fantastic job. The series will revolve around the Masters and Subs of Club Shadowland. The whole setting is truly great. I really felt like I was there.and oh did I so want to be there. This story is about Master Z and Jessica. I really liked Jessica because she is not your average leading lady. She is actually normal struggles with her size and confidence just enough but not too much. The minute you meet Master Z you will want to start panting. His degree of BDSM is lighter no whips or real heavy pain than most but that is made up by watching some of the other patrons in the club. I have read every book available and I can't wait for the next one.
BDSM with Heart Intelligence and THE Hottest Doms I have read all of Cherise Sinclair's books. . . more than once. The specifics of this story are well described by others here so I will summarize my thoughts on all of Ms. Sinclair's BDSM stories by saying that each and every story this author writes shares the same criteria for the protagonists safe sane consensual sensual intelligent even if it does take some Doms a while to wake uphot sexy Doms the hottest and best in the BDSM genre emotion inducing story appropriate intimacy and sex that will cause hot flashes and have you turning on fans intricate emotional stories that pull the reader in and make you care about the characters. All of the stories hold one's interest and make it impossible to put the book down all have sizzling sexy scenes between the hottest Doms in the written word world and their Subs that makes it impossible to put the books down THE hottest Doms in the genre did I mention the hot Doms? Make it easy on yourself buy them all here and read them in the published order and then you too may find yourself wondering if you should find one of these Doms all for yourself.Cherise Sinclair has an amazing talent for this genre. My only critical comment is that I wish her books were longer than short novel and I wish she had a better publisher. It is better for those of us buying these books in electronic format to purchase them from Amazon now that the Kindle software is available for PC and Mac as well as Kindle.
Overall good I like Cherise Sinclair's overall writing style and plot lines. These two were excellently written and the stories were as believable as erotica can be shortened time spans make for too much too fast but it IS a book. However both of these Doms bored me. Not really my cup of tea you might say. I also wasn't to interested in Jessica though Kari was a more interesting character. I cannot say I disliked the book or the writing. Just as you can't like every person you actually meet you will not like every character you read. I am giving it a 4 star rating because it was a good read. I can't wait to get to Lean On Me for more Master Cullen he has excited me the most and I can't wait to find out more about him.
An Awesome Book This was an amazing book. I fully intend to read the entire series now. Highly reccomend this one.
Too Much Of The Same Thing The only reason I gave this book 4 stars instead of 5 is because both stories are about new BDSM subs. I would have preferred if one was about a new Dom being introduced to the BDSM scene. Both stories are well written and believable. Dark Citadel is my favorite because I felt the H/h were fully developed. You got a chance to view them outside the club Kari caring about her neighbors and giving advice to a friend. Dan has to come to grips with a major lost in his life. And I especially like how all his friends in the club played a part in trying to get Kari and Dan together. Another plus for this book is the lack of heavy psycho babble about why some people are either a Dom or a Sub. Everything is explained in a simple intelligent way for anyone to understand even if BDSM is not for them. The sex is varied and HOT an engrossing fast pace read you want put down until its finished. I will definitely be reading the rest of this series.
Wow! Couldn't put it down This is the first book I've read by Cherise Sinclair and I am now a huge fan! Wow wow wow!!! As the other reviewers have mentioned this book actually contains two stories in one book. The first story Club Shadowlands is about Master Z and Jessica and the second one Dark Citadel is about Master Dan and Kari. Both stories are about two women being introduced to BDSM and I love the tenderness and caring shown by their Masters as they learned about it. The stories are still smokin' hot but they're told definitely with a heart. I loved both stories but I actually liked Club Shadowlands more. I just really liked Master Z and Jessica's story. Master Z rocks! I can't wait to read more stories about the other Masters at Shadowlands.
Not an actual representation of the Leather Lifestyle. Hi.I am on the second book and am pleased with much of what I've read writing style wisebut I'm staring to become woefully disappointed. As a member of the Leather community I know I'm reading WAY too much into the author's intentbut I shudder to think that this is actually considered an accurate representation of the Leather lifestyle. It's becoming a watered down view of S&m with a focus on kinky dominate sex rather than a lifestyle. Between book 1 and the second book I'm half way through it appears that the Masters are light and sensual dominates focused on the sexual activities and the heroines are complete innocents. There seems to be missing elements of the lifestyle that are absolutely essential in the understanding and acceptance of Master and slave relationships. There are no real sadomasochistic traits in any of these Masters. There has been not explanation of RACK which is what is commonly practiced by Lifestyle players and alcohol is usually NEVER permitted during parties even in private clubs. The slaves seem to have not character development or desires that are not solely sexual. There is no growth through humiliation public scening training full time service nor is there any indication that these submissives are growing through their journey.
Excellant Ds stories This is 2 Ds Novellas set in the same club with the same characters. Nicely written with decent characters. Prety simplistic plots but still well done with some humor. Pretty much straight Ds with a little BD not much SM and that's coincidental.Overall an excellent read if you like Ds with a dash of BDSM.
A taste of BDSM Masters of the Shadowlands missed the mark for me. It's good but I guess my biggest problem with the book is that it's two novellas. Each story would have been more satisfying if they were developed into two novels like the other books in the Masters of Shadowland series. I walked in expecting a main course and was only served appetizers. But don't fret Ms. Sinclair continues to tell their stories in the other books of the series. The first story Club Shadowlands was better than the second tale. Dark Citadel was definitely my least favorite story because the Dom Dan was too dismissive of a beginner sub. I get that a Dom is still human but his growth guilt at not being able to save his wife from her death should not have been at the expense of a new sub's development. He certainly didn't put her emotional state before his own. He certainly needed to be punished. Master Z didn't step up as the head Dom to address the matter. Even so Ms. Sinclair did make me root for Dan to not lose Kari so I guess I need to offer kudos. It was an opportunity to see the power of the submissive. The power exchange was cleverly displayed. The best part of both stories is that the characters felt real their challenges were exposed. The BDSM was whitewashed. There are glimpses of hardcore BDSM that go unexplored. The humiliation dished by Dan appeared to be for humiliation sake. But it's a part of the foundation building of trust and understanding the needs in a Dom and sub relationship. The parallels between Jessica and Kari were too great in this book. Initially Kari felt like a recycled Jessica but as the story progressed their differences came to the forefront. Fortunately Master D is not a revision of Master Z though their sex scenes felt like carbon copies. Both Doms are sexy strong alpha males which is expected and accepted. What I loved is that the author made the heroines curvaceous women that are the preferred body type for their Doms. This book is romance set in a BDSM club. The club atmosphere was like another protagonist in this book. The pictures painted by Ms. Sinclair are vivid you become a member watching it all unfold around you. So if you are a romance junky looking for an introduction to BDSM this book is ideal. In the first story Jennifer stumbles into the club and Club Shadowlands is told from her perspective as well as Master Z's perspective. So the reader is slowing introduced into this world. Dark Citadel is told from the perspective of Kari who was aware of her desire to experience BDSM so the reader gets to wade in the waters of BDSM.

Router Basics Series Patrick Spielman Better than I expected

    Router Basics (Basics Series)
Router Basics (Basics Series) Read more...

Very Easy For someone that has not used a router before this book guides you through simple steps to understand use and fell comfortable using your router with great results.
I'm New to Routing I just bought my first router and this book in hopes of learning the basics. Mission accomplished. The work bench project which I completed has given me the confidence to go on to more complex projects. The tips for accessories helped me to buy some very necessary items.
Good information but a little dated. I recently developed an interest in woodworking and purchased this book as a reference and to learn more about using routers. The information presented is all accurate and laid out well but somewhat dated the copyright date is 1990. Some of the router types and features that are available today are not covered in the book. If I had to do it again I would purchase Taunton's 'Complete Illustrated Guide to Routers' instead.
Good one. Not having a lot of experience with routers I was looking for a beginning level book and this one filled all my expectations. I didn't realize how much you could do with a router and a good selection of cutters. Patrick Spielman must have had me in mind when he wrote and illustrated this book because it answered most all of my questions. I also purchased The New Router Handbook by the same author see separate review. I would reccommend both of these books to anyone who wants to get the full potential out of his/her router.
Better than I expected Yes it's dated and not very long but maybe those are good things. When you have a tool you are not very familiar with and buy a book to learn you can sometimes get overwhelmed with all that it could conceivably do. These books are often loaded all manner of jigs and techniques and things like 'how to replace your jointer with a router'.That is all fine I guess but if you are just trying to just get off the ground these kinds of books are not always helpful because they assume you know more than maybe you do.This book is well named it's about basics. If you know nothing it tells how to set it up good thing too my Hitachi manual was awful on plunge routing setup how to do basic stuff like edge routing plunging for mortises etc. It does assume you know a little about woodworking. It tells you what you need and then moves on. A very good beginning book not a 'bells and whistles' encyclopedia.
Great for all levels of router users I was very impressed with this book. I am a beginner router user and this was very easy to understand. I wish there was more information on routing corners but other than that it is very complete and informative. It seems that any router user should have this book even if they have experience.
Saved me a lot more grief & money I am somewhat experienced with router operations I thought!I bought a Freud FT 2000EP last year my first hgh powered plunge router. After several weeks floundering about trying to figure out how to operate the 2000 based on my experience with my lower powered fixed base router and the piece of garbage Freud packs in with the tool as an owner's/instruction manual I decided I had to get some help before I chopped up any more wood or myself.I bought this book and The New Router Handbook by Spielman also. After reading almost half of Router Basics I can now operate my Freud router safely and know how to make some of the adjustments properly. It's sad that one has to buy an "after market" publication in order to be able to safely & effectively operate an individual power tool purchased from someone else. The operating manual sent with my FT 2000EP meets only absolutely minimum standards when using the tool MAY keep them afloat in a product liability court room. This book is a necessity if you have never operated a plunge router before and/or have the misfortune to get one with an operating manual as inadequate as mine had packed with it.
Are you a router novice? This book is for you. By A Customer If you are new to using router this book is certainly for you. It provides very valuable tips introduces to many features of variety of brands. The basic projects in the book help you build your skill and confidence. The book also covers the safety techniques that are particularly important for a new router enthusiast.
router basics my husband said he wished he had bought the book before the router. he found it easy to understand and covered the topics he needed.
Good Beginner Book This is a useful book but as the title says some of it is a little basic The kind of stuff you get from reading the instruction manual on your router. Which is ok it's the first book that I've read focusing on the router so I wanted it to err on the side of too basic as opposed to assuming too much previous knowledge. And once I got into it it had some really good stuff. There were some general instructions and advice that I didn't know and there was a jig or two that I am going to make. Overall it was a useful book that I will definitely keep around in my shop and well worth the $5 I spent for a used copy on amazon.

Its Just ok I was looking for a good tools book to teach my kids about tools I guess I was daft to think it would be normal book size. Field guide means small so to fit in your pocket. The information inside is good I disagree with some stuff but that is accepted.
Pathetic Do not buy this book. Very small. Very limited text. Hardly any information on tool use. Covers things like garden hose. I was looking for something that gave you information on Table saws Miter saws. Sanders. etc..
